Hello, This is Breann. I really love to cook. I even took cooking classes even though I am only 11 years old. I really love to cook! That is why I started this blog.
Here is the program: Set 4 individual goals for your fitness and food that will stretch and challenge you, but that are realistic. The goal is long term habit change- not a quick weight loss fix. By doing this, hopefully we can all feel better about ourselves physically and also feel healthier. WE CAN DO IT!
